Wagyu mess steak with mushroom sauce, western food

Di rumah ada jamur dan butter. Beli wagyu mess deh karena mau dibikin jadi steak. Kalau beli sirloin atau tenderloin kan masih cape ngunyah, rahang saya pegel kunyahnya. Jadi saya pakai wagyu mess, sumpah ini daging lumerrrrr abisssss. Yang ompong aja bisa makan pasti dan daging ini sudah ada rasa gurih uniknya. Jadi ga usah banyak2 bumbu. Simple banget bikinnya.

Bahan-bahan

3 porsi
  1. Steak
  2. Wagyu mess potongan besar
  3. Wagyu mess saya beli di ratu daging. Empuukk abisss dan ga alot
  4. Mushroom sauce
  5. Bawang putih cincang
  6. Jamur kancing cincang tipis
  7. Kaldu sapi dari panggang daging (Me: tambah Jay's chicken stock)
  8. Lada
  9. Garam
  10. Bawang bombay (Me: bombay kering)
  11. Heavy cream/cooking cream (Me: Susu+Maizena) Ngirit dikit hahaha
  12. 2 sdm Butter

Langkah

  1. Panggang daging wagyu di teflon anti lengket. Tutup teflon kalau meletup2

  2. Balik daging supaya matang merata kecoklatan

  3. Tuang minyak sapi untuk saus jamur

  4. Resep saus:

  5. Lelehkan butter dan masukan jamur cincang, beri space antar jamur karena jamur mengeluarkan air. Jamurnya mau di panggang, bukan jadi sup. Kalau langsung tumplekin semuanya, jadi sup nanti. Panggang sampai jamur kecoklatan dan air mengering supaya kaldu jamurnya keluar.

  6. Setelah air agak berkurang, masukkan bawang putih dan tumis2 sampai harum. Tambahkan garam dan lada.

  7. Tuang kaldu dan biarkan hingga mendidih (Me: Jay's chicken stock 1sdm di tambah dengan air)

  8. Tambahkan cream (Susu+Maizena) dan aduk rata hingga mengental. Kalau saya, di sini sekalian saya tambahkan lagi minyak yang tadi keluar waktu panggang si wagyu mess. Biar wangi polllll

  9. Saus selesai, steak sudah matang, tinggal dicampur dan dinikmati. Lumer banget wagyu mess ini.
