  5. 3 siung bawang putih

  7. 3 bh cabe besar
  8. 3 btg bawang prei
  9. 1 btg daun bawang
  10. 3 sdm saus tomat
  11. 2 sdm saus cabe
  12. 1 sdm saori saus tiram (dari saya)
  13. 1 sdm minyak wijen (dari saya)
  14. 1 sdt lada hitam
  15. secukupnya Garam

Langkah

  1. Bersihkan ampela, cuci bersih dan kucuri jeruk nipis bilas bersih, lalu goreng, sisihkan, bersihkan kentang, potong kotak, sisihkan

  2. Bersihkan bawang,tomat dan cabe cuci bersih, lalu potong2, panaskan penggorengan tumis bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukkan yang lain, aduk sampai layu, masukkan ampela dan kentang aduk merata tambahkan sedikit air.
