  3. 3 buang terong ungu
  4. 1 buah bawang bombay
  5. Secukupnya minyak untuk menggoreng
  6. Bahan saus putih:
  7. 300 ml susu UHT
  8. 50 gr butter
  9. 1 sdm tepung terigu
  10. 1/2 sdt garam
  11. 1/2 sdt gula
  12. 1/2 sdt merica
  13. 1/2 sdt origano
  14. Secukupnya keju mozarela untuk toping

Langkah

  1. Kupas bersih terong, kentang,dan bawang bombay cuci dan iris
