Akutuh kepengen bikin ini udah lama banget, cuma ga niat2 buat bikin hehe, akhirnya hari ini di niatin,ini pertamakali aku bikin dan seseneng itu karena shiny crust nya bisa keluar huhu terharu , dan aku gak punya cetakan nya, jadi aku pake piring ,kebetulan bentuknya bagus dan mirip2 cetakan pie jadi ku pakai aja ,teman2 bisa pakai cetakan besar /cetaka pie kecil2 ya

Bahan-bahan

  1. Bahan kulit
  2. 100 gr margarin
  3. 40 gr gula halus
  4. 1 butir kuning telur
  5. 20 gr susu bubuk
  6. 210 gr tepung terigu segitiga (pro sedang)
  7. Bahan brownies
  8. 150 dark cooking chocolate
  9. 30 ml minyak goreng
  10. 2 butir telor
  11. 150 gr gula halus
  12. 100 gr tepung segitiga (pro sedang)
  13. 40 gr coklat bubuk
  14. 60 gr margarine
  15. Bahan topping
  16. 5 keping oreo (sesuai selera)

Langkah

  1. Di dalam tempat masukan gula halus, kuning telor dan margarine,aduk2 menggunakan spatula/sendok/mixer,masukan susu bubuk dan terigu sambil di ayak,masukan bertahab uleni menggunakan tangan sampai kalis

Siapkan cetakan pie,teman2 bisa pakai cetakan pie kecil2/ yg besar ya,olesi cetakan dengan margarin, letakan adonan pipihkan dan rapihkan,tusuk2 dengan garpu supaya nanti pas di panggang tidak bergelembung, panggang kulit pie selama 15 menit api atas bawah dgn suhu 170c, sebelumnya oven sudah di panaskan ya (maaf ya untuk step panggang saya lupa foto 😆)

  3. Bahan brownies: Tim dcc,margarin dan minyak, aduk2 sampai tercampur rata,biarkan dingin dulu

  4. Kocok telor dan gula menggunakan garpu/whisk,kocok sampai gula larut,karena jika gula belum larut shiny crust bisa gak muncul

  5. Masukan dcc yg sudah di lumerkan, aduk2 merata

  6. Masukan tepung dan coklat bubuk yg sudah di ayak,aduk sampai merata

  7. Tuang adonan ke kulit pie yg sudah di panggang 1/² matang,rapikan, lalu beri topping sesuai yg teman2 mau, saya pake oreo

Sebelumnya oven sudah di panaskan dgn suhu 200c panaskan selama 15 menit, oven harus benar2 panas ya teman2 supaya berhasil, turunkan suhu menjadi 160c panggang pie selama 25 menit api atas bawah, keluarkan dari oven, biarkan dingin,keluarkan dari cetakan,seneng banget berhasil keluar shiny crustnya
