Bismillahirrohmanirahim.. Yang suka drakor atau K-pop pasti tau deh makanan satu ini. Jujur saya sebagai pecinta keju lovers dan roti sarapan korean toast ini bisa jadi alternative pengganti nasi karena selain mengenyangkan juga sangat kaya akan serat dari sayuran nya.. menu komplit banget deh, selain saya anak2 juga sangat suka dan ini tuh sangat praktis banget lho buat bekal anak ke sekolah/suami ke kantor 😊 yuk untuk selengkap nya bisa cek resep di bawah ya. Btw seharusnya korean toast ini paling enak di tambahkan daging asap/smoked beff ya,berhubung saya ga ada stock jadi hanya memakai bahan yang ada di rumah saja yang jelas keju slice nya jangan di skip ya 😘

Bahan-bahan

  1. 4 lembar roti tawar
  2. 2 buah telur
  3. 1 batang daun bawang bagian putih saja
  4. 1 buah wortel
  5. 50 grm kubis/kol
  6. 1/4 sdt lada hitam bubuk
  7. 1/8 sdt garam
  8. Secukupnya gula pasir
  9. Secukupnya lettuce
  10. 2 lembar keju slice meg cheddar
  11. 3 sdm butter/margarine
  12. Pelengkap:
  13. Saos sambel/tomat
  14. Mayonnaise

Langkah

  1. Siapkan bahan2 terlebih dahulu,cuci bersih semua sayuran. Iris tipis kubis dan wortel lalu campur jadi satu dengan bahan lain nya,telur,bawang prei lada bubuk dan garam

  2. Kocok adonan telur hingga rata sisihkan. Oles roti dengan butter lalu panggang roti dengan api kecil.

  3. Balik roti setelah berubah kecoklatan atau sedikit garing dan angkat roti. Panaskan 1 sdm butter lalu buat dadar telur meyerupai persegi dan bagi jadi 2 bagian, jangan lupa di balik supaya matang merata.

  4. Angkat telur dan taruh di atas roti,beri taburan gula pasir,saos sambel/tomat dan mayonnaise lalu beri keju slice

  5. Tambahkan lettuce yang sudah di iris tipis dan beri saus lagi di atasnya lalu tutup dengan roti lagi. bungkus korean toast dengan paper

  6. Lalu potong jadi 2 bagian dan siap di sajikan,selamat mencoba.
