Bahan-bahan

  1. 4 ikat pokcoy
  2. 3 siung bawang putih digoreng
  3. 2 siung bawang putih ditumis
  4. 1 sdm minyak wijen
  5. secukupnya wijen sangrai
  6. 1 buah bawang Bombay
  7. 2 buah cabe merah keriting
  8. 2 sdm saos sambal
  9. 1 sdm kecap asin
  10. 2 sdm saos tiram
  11. 1 sdt Royco ayam
  12. 1 sdt gula pasir
  13. 100 cc air (secukupnya)

Langkah

  1. Lepaskan Pok Coy selembar selembar cuci bersih tambahkan garam, rendam 1 menit supaya ulatnya keluar. Kemudian rebus dalam air mendidih 3 menit.

  2. Angkat tiriskan, siapkan bahan untuk saos. Bawang putih 3 siung goreng tiriskan.
