Suka banget sama Gochujang, jadi kalo PPKM kaya gini kan ga mungkin pergi ke rumah makan Korean food jadi yuk kita experiment membuat dapur menjadi dapur nya Chung Gi Wa atau Bornga hihihi

Bahan-bahan

2 porsi
  1. 3 Tahu Kuning
  2. 3 Helai Pakcoy
  3. 3 Jamur Champignon
  4. 1 Batang Bawang daun
  5. 1/2 Mie burung Dara (sesuai selera yes)
  6. 1 Telur
  7. 2 Bawang Putih
  8. 1/2 sdt Lada
  9. 3 sdm tipis Gochujang
  10. 2 sdm minyak Wijen
  11. 1 sdt kecap teriyaki
  12. Garam (sesuai selera)
  13. Gula (sesuai selera)
  14. Kaldu jamur (sesuai selera)
  15. 3 helai Sawi Putih
  16. Air (sesuai selera)
  17. Bawang bombay
  18. Wortel (sesuai selera)

Langkah

  1. Panas kan minyak wijen, banyaknya sesuai selera. Lalu, tumis bawang bombay & wijen hingga harum.

  2. Setelah perbawangan harum, masukkan wortel, tumis sebentar. Lalu, masukkan Jamur tumis sampai terlihat setengah matang ya.

  3. Setelah itu, masukkan air sesuai selera ke dalam tumisan. Diamkan hingga wortel terlihat mateng. Setelah itu, masukkan yang menjadi bumbu utama dari soup korean food yaitu Gochujanggggg, aduk hingga tercampur rata, dan masukkan perbumbuan.   4. Jika sudah terlihat setengah matang Mie, masukkan sayuran, lalu telur. Tunggu hingga perkiraan dan insting mu berkata bahwa ini sudah oke untuk disajikan.
