Bahan-bahan

4-6 porsi
  1. 1 lembar Puff Pastry (aku pake merk Edo)
  2. 250 gram Dada Ayam Fillet
  3. 2 buah Sosis (optional), potong-potong
  4. 7 buah Jamur Champignon, kupas dan iris tipis
  5. 250 ml Fresh Milk UHT
  6. 2 siung Bawang Putih, cincang halus
  7. 1/2 siung Bawang Bombay, cincang halus
  8. 500 ml Kaldu Ayam
  9. 3 sdm Olive Oil / 2 sdm Butter
  10. 2,5 sdm Tepung Terigu
  11. 1 butir Kuning Telor
  12. 50 gram Keju Cheddar, parut
  13. secukupnya Oregano
  14. secukupnya Garam
  15. secukupnya Lada
  16. secukupnya Kaldu jamur

Langkah

  1. Rebus dada ayam sampai empuk. Potong dadu. Tiriskan.

  2. Panaskan Olive Oil / Butter, tumis bawang putih dan bawang Bombay hingga harum.

  3. Masukkan Jamur Champignon, Sosis dan Dada Ayam yg sudah dipotong dadu. Setelah matang, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk cepat hingga rata.

  4. Masukkan susu, keju dan kaldu ayam, garam, lada dan kaldu jamur. Aduk rata hingga mendidih dan mengental

  5. Masukkan kedalam wadah tahan panas. Lalu tutup dengan puff pastry melebih wadah yaaaa.... Oles dengan kuning telor dan taburi dengan oregano secukupnya

  6. Oven dengan suhu 180°C selama 15menit. (aku pake oven Mito Fantasy MO-88) teteeup yaa sesuaikan dengan Oven masing-masing 😊
