Bahan-bahan

2 porsi
  1. 2 lembar fillet dada ayam
  2. secukupnya Lada, garam
  3. 1 butir telur
  4. 1/4 cup terigu
  5. 1/2 sdt garlic powder
  6. 1/4 sdt lada
  7. 1/4 sdt garam
  8. 1/4 sdt bubuk kaldu jamur (optional)
  9. 1/8 cup air
  10. secukupnya Tepung panko

Langkah

  1. Siapkan bahan. Tipiskan fillet.lalu marinasi dengan lada dan garam, 15 menit

  3. Semprot dengan minyak, airfryer 12 menit 180C. Balik semprot lagi dengan minyak. Airfryer lagi, 6 menit, 180C. Kalau pakai Teflon, Panfry dengan sedkit minyak. Angkat potong potong
