  1. 250 gr shortplate/slice (saya 500 gr)
  2. 1/2 bh bawang bombay, iris (saya 1 bh)
  3. 1 cm jahe, geprek (saya skip)
  4. Air 150 ml(saya skip krn suka yg agak kering)
  5. Bahan marinasi :
  6. 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
  7. 3 sdm kecap manis1 sdm minyak wijen
  8. 1 sdt kecap inggris
  9. 1 sdm kecap asin
  10. 1 sdm saus tiram
  11. secukupnya Merica
