  1. 500 gr ayam fillet
  2. 3 siung bawang putih halus
  3. 1 sdt garam
  4. 1 sdt kaldu bubuk
  5. 1 sdt lada
  6. Bahan Pelapis
  7. 5 sdm tepung terigu
  8. 2 butir telur
  9. 3 sdm tepung terigu
  10. 5 sdm tepung panir


  1. Potong ayam fillet menjadi beberapa bagian

  2. Lumuri ayam yg sudah dipotong dengan kaldu, lada dan garam. Diamkan hingga 15 menit

  3. Setelah itu lumuri ayam dengan tepung terigu, telur, tepung panir. Ulangi sampai habis
