Mau bikin chicken katsu, beli ayam fillet ga baca dulu eh berakhir salah. 😂 Ini ayam filletnya udah terpotong panjang mirip stik. Ya udah mamak tetep harus masak dan ini bisa dijadikan Frozen food. Nyetok di freezer untuk yang ga bisa masak lama tinggal goreng.

  • Jika sudah semua seperti ini, masukkan wadah kedap udara untuk stok di freezer. Sisanya bisa langsung goreng.

  • Goreng dalam minyak panas, gunakan api besar, masukkan ayam kecilkan apinya. Goreng sebentar saja hingga warna kulit gold dan renyah. Balik dan tunggu sebentar lalu angkat.

  • Sajikan dengan nasi hangat di tambah mayonais dan saos.

  • Coat the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip them into the egg, and then press into the panko crumbs until well coated on both sides. Heat 1 per 4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken in the hot oil, and cook 3 or 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Instructions. Pour a good amount of oil into a wok and place it over medium-low (or medium) heat. Once it reaches the temperature ( 160 -170℃ or 320-340℉ ), add in your chicken pieces. Depending on the size of your chicken, fry for about 6-8 minutes. Do NOT overcrowd the pan and do this in batches.
