Bahan-bahan

  1. 4 ekor cumi ukuran 1 jari, potong potong
  2. 5 ekor udang A, potong potong
  3. 100 gr kepiting olahan (bs dibeli di supermarket)
  4. 4 buah bakso ikan (bs dibeli di supermarket)
  5. 6 buah jeruk wangi asam (kecil & berkerut)
  6. # yg 5 buah peres, ambil airnya
  7. # yg 1 buah, di iris kecil utk pewangi kuah
  8. 15 siung kecil bawang merah
  9. 4 siung bawang putih
  10. 6 sendok makan saos sambal
  11. 1 sndok pereh makan gula
  12. 1 sndok teh garam
  13. 2 batang serai, geprek
  14. 2 ruas jari jahe, geprek
  15. 1 ruas jari kencur, geprek
  16. 10 cabe merah keriting

Langkah

  1. Haluskan cabe, bawang merah, bawang putih,

  2. Masukkan semua bumbu yg sdh dihaluskan td beserta jahe, serai, kencur, ke dlm panci & tambahkan 4 gelas air

  3. Setelah mendidih, masukkan udang, cumi, kepiting olahan, & bakso ikan, tunggu smpe semuanya matang

  4. Matikan kompor, masukkan air perasan jeruk,saos sambal,gula dan garam. lalu koreksi rasa

  5. NOTE: jeruk ga boleh dimasak bersamaan dgn bumbu lainnya yah. krn akan membuat rasa kuah tomyam agak pahit. jadi saat akan dihidangkan, baru kasih perasan jeruknya, dan sedikit irisan jeruk (biar wangi)
