2 porsi
  1. 2 buah tomat potong dadu
  2. 1/2 bawang bombay potong dadu
  3. 2 butir telor kocok lepas
  4. 2 cabe rawit iris halus
  5. Keju mozarella
  6. secukupnya Garam
  7. secukupnya Merica

Langkah

  1. Panaskan minyak, masukan bawang bombay tumis sampai harum lalu masukan potongan cabe rawit dan tomat aduk masukan garam tunggu sampai tomat bnr2 lembut.

  2. Setelah tomat lembut masukan kocokan telor aduk pelan. Tunggu telor sampai matang, masukan taburan keju mozarella. Tunggu sebentar. Masukan merica, aduk. Jangan lupa Test rasa.

  3. Meneme siap disajikan. Sertakan dengan roti tawar 🙂

Cover the pan with a lid and leave until the tomatoes are soft and cooked. Break the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk briefly. Add them to the pan with the cooked tomato mix. Chop the tomatoes and onion. Cut the green pointed pepper into rings. Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan, add the green pointed pepper, onions, and sauté for 5 minutes over medium heat until the onions are soft. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, mix and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tomatoes are soft over medium heat. Slice the onions, peppers and chili, put into the big frying pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, until begin to soften. Add the chopped tomato, season and cook 6-8 minutes. Make holes in the onion, tomato and pepper mixture and crack eggs in them. Lid the pan and cook for about 4 minutes, until the eggs set. Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and
