  1. 1 liter air
  2. secukupnya Garam
  3. secukupnya Lada
  4. secukupnya Gula
  5. 2 batang serai
  6. 3 lembar daun jeruk
  7. 1 buah jeruk nipis
  8. 1 bungkus bumbu tom yum instan
  9. bahan tumisan
  10. 1/2 siung bawang bombai
  11. sesuai selera Cabai rawit
  12. jamur
  13. Jamur enoki
  14. Jamur kancing
  15. frozen seafood
  16. 6 buah bola2 udang
  17. 6 buah chikuwa
  18. 4 buah crabstick

Langkah

  1. Potong2 jamur enoki dan kancingnya. Potong2 aneka frozen seafodnya. Potong2 bawang bombai, cabai rawit dan jeruknya. Geprek serai, dan remas2 daun jerunya.

  2. Rebus air hingga mendidih, kemudian masukkan serai yang sudah digeprek, daun jeruk yang diremas-remas dan peras air jeruk nipisnya.
